Donated many of the office PCs, laptops, and printers to local schools and churches o Completed the project two months ahead of target• Managed the Business Process Optimization project and project managed the Distributed Services team that off-shored 65 FTE positions to Infosys Technologies in Bangalore, India, saving more than $2,000,000 annually and expanded live customer service hours of operation to 20 hours daily, including weekends and holidays• Executed the project for Year 2000 remediation including all hardware, software, and third-party hosted systems. Notwithstanding scheduled follow-up testing at one-month, six-month, and one-year intervals, project was completed three months ahead of schedule and the company experienced no Y2K failures of any kind• Implemented the office disaster recovery/business continuity program (DR/BCP). Conducted regular periodic assessments with management developing recovery time objectives (RTOs), operational requirements, calling trees, and determining recovery staff. Ensured properly equipped hot and cold sites were available and conducted annual readiness tests• Managed local IT staff in the execution of day-to-day support activities for a 300-user call center using the Remedy help desk software
