Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of human resources for 800+ employees, supervise 8 administrative and professional staff. Design, implement and promote full media advertising campaigns for state-wide recruiting. Train all management on performance coaching, leadership and sales enhancement and disciplinary processes. Proposed HSA health plans for 2009.Achievements: In less than eight months advertised, recruited, interviewed and hired over 660 employees including the CEO, CFO, VP of IT, Project Managers, Developers, Trainers, Recruiters and support staff. Facilitated culture shift to an inside sales organization during a venture capital acquisition. Redesigned all policies and procedures for the organization. Implemented virtual training system for 500 home based employees. Designed a strategy for expanding the company footprint to several remote locations in Utah using temporary training centers.

Serve as EEO Officer, HIPAA Privacy Officer, FMLA Administrator, and Legal Compliance Officer for a 3,000-unionized employee organization.

Served as Dean and Managed the remote campus

Restructure, train and organize the call centers in Salt Lake City, Tooele, Hong Kong, Toronto and Sidney to increase sales.

Manage services for 4,200 client companies within the region. Provide HR consultation services and training on the all aspects of OD and HR to client companies.

Served in numerous command leadership roles. FMF Corpsman and Designated Marksman for USMC 1st Battalion 2nd Platoon, Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company. Served as the Command Trainer for 3 years for the Ogden Regional Reserve Center. Managed an Acute Care Clinic and Emergency Room at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Ambulance Service EMT for the Shipyard. Received an Honorable Discharge, June 1994.Sailor of the Command 1st Quarter 1991.Gulf War Veteran.
