Build up and repair of oil field equipment. Roll welding high pressure pipe, and rig up on mobile equipment and Kelly Double drilling rigs. Attained B-pressure threw Ensign and have honed many fabricating skills with my time there.

My time at Metal Fabricators, And Welding was spent building mixer, and blender tanks for various clients. Much of my work was done in confined spaces with the proper safe guards in place. Our most interesting project was a pontoon that was fabricated in three sections, two 40' sections and one 60' section. Towards the end of my time at Metal Fabricators, And Welding we fabricated twenty one mud tanks with double walled construction.

Fabrication of 10-20-30, fifty thousand liter TC-44 fuel and storage Tanks. Retro-fit boiler buildings and Hydraulic Power Unit buildings. All position Flux-core, and all position Shielded Metal Arc Welding. At this facility I also work on other drilling rig components, such as sub and derricks, draw-works carrier skids.

Welding and fabrication of commercial, residential, and Industrial buildings and components. This work was done in a high pace production shop with CNC plasma,CNC beam line, iron workers, to process detail and other materials. Most welding was done with metal-cored welding electrode.

I started my welding career at MJ Manufacturing building 40' stainless steel city buses. I in a high pace production line with ninety other welders. during my time there I trained in final assembly, as well I trained on all sub-assembly stations. Along with buses I worked on various projects such as Zennon water filtration systems, aluminum components for military units, stainless steel fuel cells, and many small components for John Deer Co.
