Provide support to external and internal customers for Circle K gas stations from home and two days in the office per week, via phone, email or chat. Handle inbound call queue (Cisco Finesse), servicing hardware and software installed in Circle K locations throughout the US and Canada. These are customer interacting devices providing loyalty membership and discounts. I triage tier II Incidents, using the ServiceNow ticketing system to create track and close tasks/incidents according to predetermined SLA’s. Document all aspects of the issue and the steps taken to resolve issues. Working directly with management Csr's and service technicians onsite. As a tier II technician It is my responsibility to triage and fix software and hardware issues, determine the proper department to escalate matters beyond my scope. Troubling shooting applications in a windows environment, with tools like Active directory/Linux/Gen2/DHCP/FTP/Windows Powershell/SSH/NCR/RDP/Tool Kit/ZCC/MonogoDB, resolving network issues ie. pinging equipment, migrating builds, injecting monitoring and repairing virtual and physical machines, joining domains, assigning mac addresses to correct the IP's, configuring subnet mask, remoting into clients POS-Back-office PC and Peripherals. Monitoring server activity, rebooting proxy hubs, balancing nodes on servers rebooting various systems. Communicating with clients walking them through trouble shooting equipment on-site - CPU's-cat5e/cat6 cabling-Cisco switch's- rf scanners-monitors and POS. Install and configure software on home and commercial printers and copiers using Shop Floor tools to automate the process, ensure all client specs, add additional hardware (ie. tap-to- access security hardware, debit devices for payment acceptance, new monitors etc.) upon request are included in the finished product before shipment. Upon receiving unit client will be able to plug up copier/printer and automatically be connected to provided network credentials with no need for an onsite tech to setup.
