I joined Tele2 as Senior Designer Mobile Access at the very start of this project. Together with colleagues of Tele2 Sweden, and with a group of highly motivated professional colleagues in Tele2 Netherlands, we designed and constructed the world's first LTE-only MNO that launched in late in 2015. Personal responsibilities included the complete Infrastructure Specifications (Civil Works, Power systems, LPS, Documentation of Radio specifications) as well as Contract Management support.

Leading a team of approximately 10 professionals, in a nutshell my department was responsible to provide "in time" solutions for telecoms systems, civil works and energy management, radio frequency engineering, backhaul transmissions engineering for the RN strategy, RN Planning and RN deployment departments in T-Mobile. Guiding the team toward excellence was combined with a close relationship towards the international T-Mobile / Deutsche Telekom environment.T-Mobile reorganized, the department dissolved into a larger unit.

Working with my chinese collegues, the innovative Huawei distributed UMTS NodeB equipment was described and introduced towards the local contractors and builders after careful alignment with Telfort and Ericsson (imcumbent supplier 2G equipment Telfort).
