Overseeing data entry, I implement and enforce processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality control.In addition, I work extensively with Salesforce, both as an Admin and Developer, customizing and optimizing the platform to enhance workflows and improve user experiences. I engage in top-tier executive meetings, where I collaborate with leadership to strategize and implement process and efficiency improvements across the organization.With nearly 20 yrs of software development experience, specializing in Laravel and Vue frameworks, I leverage my deep technical expertise to drive innovation and create value, both operationally and strategically.
