Managed and provided business architecture expertise in the development and maintenance of the largest health care system in the US, Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Directed and supported team efforts in creating and maintaining VHA’s Business Reference Models while creating alignment matrices to reflect interrelated architectural components to support business improvement efforts. Supported translation of business capabilities into high-level requirements.
