Reporting to CEO - RestaurantsAmericana owns and operates +1,900 restaurants across the Middle East and North Africa.Responsible for setting strategy and execution across Expansion, Design, Construction, Maintenance and Estate Management. This includes a team of +450 people and capital budget of +US$150M. Americana was sold in late 2016 to private equity firm Adeptio and the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia. It is currently undergoing a total transformation from the ground up.
