Directed strategy, product development, UX/UI design, customer acquisition, and logistics planning; efforts resulted in Kanga becoming a TechCrunch Disrupt finalist, an ATDC Signature company, a Forbes disruptor in logistics, and General Assembly's Top Atlanta Startup in 2014.

Served as Senior Planner and Project Manager for 400+ member elite reconnaissance unit. Tasked with planning, resourcing and managing all aspects of training, missions and day to day operations.•Managed staff of seven non-commissioned officers, and 12-15 enlisted soldiers.•Developed schedule, project plan and curriculum for Fort Polk’s first Counter-Insurgency (COIN) Academy. The COIN Academy program trained over 500 soldiers over the course of six days, and has since become an annual training requirement.•Worked with staff to plan 30 day training exercise in Guernsey, WY.
