CurrentLead Marketing, Sales, Client Services (ROI, Retrieval, Support), Product, Development, IT Operations (including Security & Compliance), and Human Resource functions.Manage all internal communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization.Accountable for all measurement systems throughout the organization including the alignment of Accountability to Job Descriptions, Scorecards, Measurables, and Incentive Compensation models. Create new, and manage, and leverage existing scorecards and system dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and KPIs.Implement and optimize EOS principles: effectively implement the EOS tools and processes to align all company activities with the CEO's vision, ensuring seamless integration of strategic plans into daily operations.Lead, and nurture a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in alignment with company mission, vision, and, values.
