Assistant Manager, Online Marketing
Current- Conceptualise and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and events to promote brand and properties for sales and lease – including residential, commercial, industrial and medical properties
- Develop cohesive and distinctive marketing, advertising and communication materials for sales, leasing, retention and engagementpurposes
- Responsible for day to day digital and social media activities including planning, uploading campaigns, optimisation, and reporting; media planning, buying and execution; trafficking and reporting of media campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all online marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Build strategic partnership, soliciting co-promotional relationships with external partners aggregators sites
