We also work the new owners in personalizing their new home or business.Charlie and I come from two different back grounds. Charlie is the son of a realtor, and spent many years as a realtor with a great deal of knowledge of what is needed to prepare a property for sale. I grew up a carpenter's son and worked in the construction trades for over thirty years. Together our strength give realtors and owners the peace of mind they need to continue through the agonizing task of construction.
