Since I started loving reading, I have been prepared to be amazed by what books can teach me. I remember reading those inspiring words from "The Leader with No Title" by Robin Sharma: "You just don't need an official authority to lead anymore; only a desire to be involved and the commitment to making a positive difference.” Since then, I never miss a chance to be one of those who actively inspires and helps others to move forward wherever teamwork is needed. By living abroad as an international student for more than a year, I have had the chance to be involved in multicultural environments, developing cross-cultural communication skills and at the same time, understanding different culture’s behavior by working in teams with people from all over the world. Thanks to this experience, I became a more open person, able to listen and consider different approaches, excited by change and as I mentioned before, driven by leadership and teamwork.I truly believe that education has the power to change lives, and that is why today I am commited to lead social projects aiming to impact vulnerable communities by giving them the chance to be heard, participate and learn. It has been one of the major challenges I've accepted and of course, the most beautiful transforming experience I've been involved in, the one that is giving me the chance to lead with no title, to grow my influence and make a positive impact.
