We shape our buildings; thereafter, they shape us.Since an early age, construction has been an integral part of my development. From building homes at the age of 14 and to commercial buildings in Dallas, Texas. Construction not only brings employment to many individuals but teaches skills that have been lost due to an upcoming era of technology based education. I believe that blue collar skills integrated with technology based solutions will enhance the efficiency of a project while undercutting a proposed financial plan.I am a current Project Engineer for Hensel Phelps in the Rocky Mountain Region building the Great Hall Completion Phase 2 at the Denver International Airport. In my spare time, I tutor and mentor students of low socio-economic backgrounds and privately for students that struggle in the areas of math and science. Additionally I am an active member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and Vice-Chair of the young professional committee for the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC).
