Being part of the Aexus Management Team my main objective as COO is to enable our team of 120+ colleagues to be as succesful as possible in their roles. As the linking pin between my fellow MT members, our partners and the entire Aexus team I am responsible for the daily operations as well as all commercial activities conducted on behalf of our partners in the various European and US territories.Defining the right go-to-market approach, the applicable value proposition per vertical/region and how to communicate properly with our partners are parts of what we work on everyday together. In our case it means that when our colleagues are happy and the correct approach is defined together with pur partners, automatically results will follow. This will eventually result into concrete sales/business on behalf of our partners which then allows us to continue to expand our business into other regions together. Last but not least, as an effect of that we can further grow Aexus as a company.
