• Solve problems and propose solutions, applying Design methodologies to propose the best online and offline experience for our customers.• Participate and carry out customer surveys, usability tests (internal and external), journey mapping, feedback collection.• Participate and conduct meetings with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to create new features and products that are aligned with user desires, business needs and technical feasibility.• Disseminate the UX Design culture to all areas of the company.• Document projects and processes for future consultation.• Contribute to the construction and improvements of the Design System.• Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity navigable prototypes with micro interactions, ensuring and applying good UX and UI practices.• Interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to guide project and design decisions and identify new opportunities for action.
