*Responsible for purchasing and logistics for dedicated vessels in Worldwide. *Responsible for sourcing, selecting suppliers, evaluating quotations for dedicated vessels;*Sourcing suppliers for vessel maintenance equipment, tools and supplies;*Purchase items in a timely manner using requisitions ordered by departments and vessels;*Supplier Management.*Arrange economical shipping / transportation for purchases;*Expedite all orders for delivery status and receipt;*Invoice verification and control;*Negotiate contracts and Frame Agreements;

*Organization and control of the warehouses;*Responsible for warehouse activities, including receipt (following the 3 Way Matching Rules) and dispatch of goods;*Attendance and control of the Port of Calls (road transportation, maritime transportation);*Inventory management;*Control of the rental logistics equipment (Sludge Tanks, Containers, Garbage boxes);*Issue of invoices (transport, repair, return to supply, exportation) and control of their due date;*Issue of RT (Transportation requisition) on Petrobras SAP;*Participate and follow the procedures in all Logistics Activities;*Monitor and control the Transportation costs and equipment rental costs;
