Budget Responsibility;- Management of UX Lab. and Connectivity Lab.;- Research and Development reports analysis which are sent to the Ministry of Science and Technology;- Planning and follow-up of the RD&I yearly budget;- Responsible for all R&D projects with internal technical team and with R&D Institutes and Universities;- Relationship with R&D Institutes and Universities in São Paulo, Manaus and Northeast of Brazil to develop R&D projects;- Member of RD&I Committee that defines the Gertec technology roadmap.Achievements/ Results: - Supported the company to achieve 3 times revenue growth in 4 years (including the pandemic period);- Launched 30 products in 4 years (2019 to 2022);- Development of a POS model that sell more than 1 million units;- Implementation PMO area;- Implementation UX Lab.;- Implementation Connectivity Lab. (LabCon), with capacity to test products with technologies 4G, 3G, 2G, WiFi and BT;- Automation of multiple QA tests;- Implementation of SW architecture area;- Created many SW specifications;- Implementation of Squad to work in new projects;- Implementation of Scrum methodology;- Implementation of Jira and Confluence to control project activities;- Created a R&D Lab together with a R&D Institute in Manaus with 41 employees; - Contract Analysis, along with Legal Department;- Created the monthly Tech meeting where all Engineering areas could present their projects and new technologies; - Implemented nice and collaborative ambient between all Engineering areas.
