I led DSN client teams (16 FTE) over 4 locations in 4 countries. Advised on the improvement of the way of working and implemented project management and DAM tools in order to support the process. Acted as Project Lead on new Food Information to Consumers legislation (2014), which resulted in the change of the client’s entire packaging portfolio (scope >7500 sku’s) within 18 months.Results 1. Retention & Growth:I realised turnover growth from €500K to >€3M in 8 years and the client’s brand portfolio grew from 3 local brands to >100 brands with European and Global presence.2. Cost reduction: In 5 months I led the transition of outsourcing our operations including setting up a team of 14 FTE (account & production) in Sofia, Bulgaria. This resulted in a 20% cost reduction.
