How do you feel about the economic and political uncertainty in our country?I believe most of us agree that we can’t afford to ignore the elephants in our living rooms. Most of us also support and appreciate the institutions that our tax dollars fund. A strong military, healthcare system and law enforcement infrastructure are critical to internal security required tosupport economic activity and the American way of life. These institutions are funded by your tax dollars. Unfortunately, US tax laws are notoriously complicated. The indisputable consequence of the three economic crises of this century is a substantially increasedtax burden that we and future generations must bear. It is up to each of us individually to makes sure we pay our fair share while protecting the interests and future of our families. How will you respond? Will you take a pro-active approach to dealing with these challenges?I educate C-Suite executives on how to convert their largest expenses (i.e., compensation and benefits)to assets on their balance sheets that produce guaranteed income for their organization. In many cases, excise tax liabilities are reduced or eliminated while improving employee compensation/retention andreducing related costs.I facilitate Qualified Opportunity Zone investments, Delaware Statutory Trusts, Conservation Easements,Qualified Small Business Stock, and other tax mitigation strategies.Anecdotally, I work with the NCAA and the major professional sports associations as well as several largehospitals and US law firms to mitigate IRC 4960 tax liability. If you believe as I do that these issues are important, we should talk. Pick a time that works for you at https://calendly.com/miser/private-appointments.
