Differentiate Icona as a developer that truly cares about creating harmonious, sustainable communities.> Community Outreach:Conduct outreach initiatives to engage with residents and stakeholders, expanding our community network. Organize and host community events that promote engagement and showcase the benefits of Anmore South.> Sustainability Advocacy:Advocate for sustainable development practices in all aspects of the project. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that sustainability is a core focus in the development of Anmore South.> Feedback Collection and Analysis:Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform development plans and enhance resident satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Planning teams based on community input.> Legacy Building:Ensure that Anmore South leaves a positive, lasting legacy by honoring the area's history and embracing innovative, sustainable design. Lead initiatives that enhance the community's spirit and sense of place.
