Graduate on the Capital Markets Graduate Programme at AIB | Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)I am currently a participant in AIB's Capital Markets Graduate Programme, where I have just recently finished my first rotation in Real Estate Finance and will start my next rotation in Corporate Banking. I recently earned my Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation, which complements my robust academic background.I hold a Distinction in Auctioneering, Valuations, and Estate Agency from TUDublin City Campus (2020) and graduated with a 2.1 Honours Degree in Property Economics from TUDublin City Campus (2022). During my studies, I participated in the International Real Estate Challenge (IREC) in 2020, traveling to Milan and Tampere to collaborate with an international team on developing innovative solutions for co-working spaces for startups. Additionally, I served as both a class representative and school representative for the student union, advocating for my peers and contributing to the student community.My educational foundation and hands-on experience equip me with a comprehensive understanding of the property and financial sectors.
