Eve has three decades of experience as a strategic advisor, both as a consultant and in corporate executive roles. She currently serves as an interim executive, transformation leader, and executive mentor for clients including a Fortune 5 corporation and leading professional services firms. In subsequent corporate roles, including a decade at The Estee Lauder Companies, she has driven large-scale transformative change and capability building initiatives for complex global organizations, working with and on behalf of C-level executive management. She also spent over a decade in management of startup companies, in B2B and B2C technology sectors. Identified promising near-term therapies for ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig’s disease) and allocated research grants. Recruited board of directors; recruited and trained all staff and volunteers. Conceived and implemented an innovative national community-based volunteer program (youth and adult mentors) to serve ALS families in their homes and to increase awareness of and funding for ALS. Conceived and oversaw ambitious video project for training, awareness building, and fundraising.
