With 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader who drives digital transformation and customer loyalty for Viceroy Hotel Group. As the Vice President of Digital Strategy & Loyalty, I oversee the development and execution of all Viceroy digital and loyalty program that enhances guest engagement and retention across all Viceroy properties. I manage the group's digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM strategies, leveraging data and analytics to optimize revenue and performance. Before joining Viceroy, I was a System/Solution Consultant at NAVIS, providing strategic guidance and solutions to hotel clients on revenue management, reservations, and CRM systems. I have also held various sales, marketing, e-commerce, and business development roles at HotSchedules, Luxe Hotels, TravelCLICK, and Pegasus Solutions. I established and maintained long-term relationships with key accounts and partners, delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction. I am a Certified Hotel Digital Marketer by HSMAI, and a recipient of the Viceroy Victors Award for Corporate MVP of the Year in 2019.
