I specialise in Microsoft Office automation, productivity and end-user training and pride myself on being able to relate to newbies AND techies. This saved them in the region of £40,000, as they did not need to purchase digital signing hardware and software.• an Excel report that saved a user 40 minutes every day. Over a year of 9-to-5 days, that equates to 23½ working days – a working month saved; • enabled a user to create her reports in 20 minutes, rather than taking 7 hours every Monday (two working months saved each year).• a ten-minute consultation that saved one client £100,000 per annum: being shown how to use Outlook creatively saved them having to use bespoke software.I specialise in training and support for Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
