I've been blessed, having had the distinct pleasure for more than 35 years, to take my leadership through a diverse and dynamic journey from the corporate world of global consumer marketing, through government appointments in economic development, to church lay leadership and service on boards with community service organizations. These experiences have made me agile and have taught me a lot about leadership. I believe that effective leadership needs to be agile, nimble, able to withstand change. Change is inevitable and strong leaders embrace change to grow.I spend my time dwelling on the positive aspects of living - what's beautiful, what's noble, what's lovely and I have a passion for serving others and achieving balance - mind, body and spirit. I want to make a life-changing difference by helping others grow professionally, personally, and spiritually.That's why I chose to mentor and coach executives and business owners. I work with executives and leadership teams to get on the same page with their businesses and work individually with clients to help move them closer to their goals.Ultimately, I help my clients make better decisions, become better leaders and live more fulfilling lives.
