Oversees Pillars for Carolina, including direct mentorship of six members of the leadership team and 46 student staff.Function as a liaison between campus partners, speakers, guests, and prospective students. Collaborates with leadership team within staff recruitment and selection, training, marketing, database management, curriculum development, program evaluation, program implementation, and other duties. Innovates special areas of the program including fundraising development, welcome week initiatives, and program accessibility for minorities and first-generation students.

Manage front desk by answering emails and phone calls from students, parents, and USC staff members. Corresponds with 564+ student organizations through student organization fairs and event requests.
