- Start-up from 0 stage - Lead, control and manage the Winery Plant (full cycle from grape receiving to finish product delivery) - Responsible for the plant results (people, safety, quality, plant and investment cost and budget control)- Daily management and direction setting/supervision of operation- Work processes development, control and improvement- Supervision of reconstruction and start-up the plant (Making, Bottling, Packing)- Getting licenses

- Making and Packing operations- Leading, control and manage the operation department- Responsible for department results (production, quality, safety, cost and budget, delivery of finish product, people)

- Creation the capability to achieve optimal equipment and process conditions in a manner that is efficient and cost effective via coaching people and maintenance systems development

- Responsible for the lines efficiency and process reliability improvement in all production departments, implementation the Proficy system (control of planned/unplanned stops automatically, finish product, scrap counting and registering)

- Leading and coordinate the projects implementation with optimal cost and time on the plant level:- production lines technical upgrade and modernization- Automation of packing operation

- Responsible for Safety systems, prevent the risks related with people regarding the electricity, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanic modules and chemical pipelines breaking

- Leading, control and manage the operation department, responsible for results (production, quality, safety, cost and budget, delivery of finish product, people)

- Maintenance and repair for 3 production lines, conveyers and other equipment. Planning and scheduling of repairs, order spares, spares budget control, people management and coaching

- Leading the operation teams (25 people for 3 production lines per shift), responsible for safety of people and quality of finish product, control the expenses by the team, people management and coaching

- Safe operation and autonomous maintenance of equipment in the shift, quality finish product delivery
