Backup support of Stadium Inspection Tours (11 cities, 12 stadiums, around 700 participants): holding a list of participants; inspections and conference arrengements (conference room readyness, seating proposals, hand-out materials); reports preparation.3. FWC Final Draw project administration: overal project administration coordination of overall operations plan development; status meetings provision; FIFA relations, holding of inspection visits; government relations; contractors relations; official letters drafting; briefing papers and reports preparation; perfomance of other variuos assignments.4. Procurements: single source procurements; documented price analysis (under 3 million rub.)
