Upon completing the in-house management course, I was approached and asked to step into the role of the Learning Experience Manager in Ha Long City (Quang Ninh province) while the main LXM of the team is on maternity leave till August 31st. During my 6-month tenure, I:• Worked closely with the teaching staff and Vietnamese customer service and educational consultants teams to ensure quality learning and to solve any problems that the centre faced.• Ran placement tests and demo sessions on a daily basis.• Ran individual and group parents' meetings and seminars.• Ran monthly methodology workshops for my teaching staff to address academic concerns of our customers.• Improved online HW (AAR) and workbook completion rates from below 35% to 75+% via Home Learning completion contest.• Improved report completion to 100% on-time rate.• Successfully opened (and taught one of them) Summer School classes for 3 age groups from June 3rd to July 12th.• Maintained good academic performance and efficiency rates of my team.• Joined the interviewing and proofreading subdivisions of the management team.

First big experience teaching VYL (KG). Joined the team in November 2022 in a new language centre of the Apollo network in Hanoi (Apollo English LTT).• Main age groups - KG from 3 to 6, Primary from 7 to 9 and Secondary from 10 to 12. I gained a lot of meaningful experience in and deeper understanding of teaching VYLs and Primary students and gathered much praise from managers and colleagues for being responsible with my tasks and building great rapport with learners.• I did a lot of cover work for other centres and with Apollo Schools Partnership (ASP), an Apollo subdivision responsible for collaborating with local schools and kindergartens and conducting English lessons for them.• I maintained a good renewal rate of students, and my classes consistently scored well on the tests. • I was also formally trained in, and thus I conducted, demo lessons and Placement Tests, with my particular contributions, evident in a good conversion from taker to buyer rate, helping to raise sales for my centre. • Related to non-teaching activities with Apollo, I did a lot of marketing work as a host teacher, up to and including: events at local schools, Christmas event in December 2023 (starred as Santa Claus), participating in centre holiday events (Halloween events, Christmas events, Mid-Autumn Festival events, etc.) and being a trainer for a Debaters competition held in summer 2023.
