My duties:- I have over 3 years of QA experience- Over a year of QA automation practice- I have been onboarding new testers and leading a team of 3 QAs- Also I have experience in developing regression model from scratch- I worked in Atlassian Jira (Zephyr plug-in ), Postman, CLI, Jenkins, Allure, Git, GitlabAutotests I write in JavaScript, framework CodeceptJSOne of my strong points is the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Moreover, when my opinion does not coincide with the opinion of the management, I always justify my point of view.I enjoy sharing my experience. I can assure you I'm patient with team members who are making mistakes. As for team leadership, I consider myself the type of leader who does not interfere in the workflow and takes in consideration different points of view. I believe that my duty as a leader is, for the most part, the delegation of the areas of responsibility and the determination of priorities in present tasks.Although I love my job, now I’m in active search for a more challenging assignment. In general, I consider myself an easy-going and open-minded person. I believe that my communication skills are top notch.
