Previously, traders relied on weekly Excel files for contract monitoring.- Revamped a web/mobile app for an online platform linking customers with 'psychic readers' (astrologers, psychic advisors, and life coaches) for phone, chat, and email consultations. A usability issue was identified through customer journey mapping, wherein users failed to notice their balance nearing zero, leading to unexpected service termination.- Developed a functional prototype of a tablet application for physicians to evaluate patients, prescribe treatments, and autogenerate insurance codes, streamlining billing and documentation for NHS compliance. This reduced insurance coding errors by 80%, enabling physicians to focus on medical duties.
