Last couple of years at this position I focused on new products and services for digital and OOH media advertising. Also I have experience of making and building from scratch client's dashboards and BI analytical dashboards with various data sources hosted localy and in the cloud.As a manager I'm driving my department to have a sustainable strategy and to make improvements in their every workday routines.My goal is to be a bringer of new technologies connected with advertisement possibilities to provide a new products and services first for our well-informed and intelligent clients

As a DM I was a bridge between demands from holding agencies and centralized IT department possibilities. I set up a development of a Demand Management portal – special place for tracking projects and place where internal customers can place new feature request or new project as well.I wrote DM Policy and Change Management policy for organization, linked it with DM Portal and challenged IT team (20 members at that time) to comply with it. I was not aware of ITIL, thanks God and J-SOX internal audit, now it is streamlined and comply with ITIL.I started to work in v-team environment and succeeded owing to my desire to read a lot and practice it hot. I was addicted to Agile/Kanban methodologies and integrated both of them into 1c and .net development teams without subordinates and administrative power.I identified sponsors and drove IT to deliver products and services to business objectives. I designed decks, roadmaps for internal and external customers and ensured that the business needs were fed into the overall IT local & global IT strategy.

MasterAd had acquired by Posterscope Global and I had a chance to grow my team from one active developer into two developers. That is how I became a team leader and hired one of the best C# developer with clear mind and straight hands.To my regular responsibilities of writing code and be good enough at devops positions in my kingdom I started to practice Agile methodology, fully integrate TFS + CI and as a team we concentrated on delivering valuable functions to business through application.Here was my brilliant time as a C# architect-developer when I had written most of my own application framework for MADis. It had attachable plugins, pure .NET UI, abstract and extensible DAL implemented on ODBC and DataSet/DataAdapters CLR classes

It was my first enterprise development experience with .NET technology stack. My goal was to develop CRM database from scratch. I successfully done it by myself as an architect and developer in one face.The application I built called MADis, MasterAD Information System and it works nowadays. I used .NET Framework 2.x-3.x, SQL Server, DevExpress and other 3rd party tools and testing frameworks.
