Responsibilities:- managing a team of 3 people (providing leadership and mentoring)- finance update for stakeholders (management team, shareholders, budget owners, treasury) through monthly reporting, budget committees, presentations, BI tools- working with different levels of stakeholders (shareholders, management team, external consultants)- development of models for calculating the cost of projects in MS Excel, including using Power Querry- development of closing and reporting processes after SAP implementation- participation in the transition to SAP HANA- work in the multi-scenario mode, calculation of development options for management to make operational decisionsAchievements: - SAP International award for the best implementation in the industry- transfer of part of the reporting for shareholders to Power BI, which made it possible to partially abandon the presentation

Responsibilities: - assessment of the cost of large investment projects (more than $ 500 million), support till the Operation stage- passing of a cost assurance process of projects on the shareholders level (Gazprom-Neft, Shell)- participation in the development of the company's long-term development strategyAchievements: - passing FID of large capital project on the shareholders level- participation in the purchase of a license area (calculation and passing of cost assessment expertise from shareholders for the purchase)

Responsibilities: - supervising the activities of the economic services of subsidiaries- methodological work, optimization of business processes- participation in automation based on 1c- calculation and justification of investment programs- interaction with internal and external auditAchievements: - Passed shareholder’s expertise of the investment program for the construction of pad sites of the "Power of Siberia"
