About Evgeniya Plotnikova

My research interests and teaching expertise focus on the cross-border mobility of health professionals, migration and health, health policy, global health governance and policy tools.Prior to joining the online Master of Public Health (MPH) programme, I held research and teaching positions at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.My research experience also includes consultancy work for the World Health Organization and the International Institute for Labour Studies at the International Labour Organization.
