Product Owner/Business Analyst
In this role in a large Bank, I combined product owner and business analyst duties. As a Product Owner, I was responsible for Mobile and Web apps. I transformed requirements from business-level need to the fully detailed tasks, managed backlog. For some features I prepared layouts based on the desired business value and the available resources. I also collaborated with other departments if we need some new integrations.The duties I was working on included but were not limited to:1) defined clients' needs and provided solutions that deliver value2) involved in product planning3) creating ideas, preparing roadmap and CJM, setting tasks for designers4) development user stories, use cases and specifications for the product features5) supporting to the development team to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to clients during the product life cycleWe used of Agile/Scrum best practices. And we applied some useful "ceremonies" such as a daily meeting/stand up, retrospective, planning, sprint review.As a result, I contributed to the success of the credit cards' module and helped to deliver a high-quality product. Successfully delivered the project while concurrently contributing to substantial user growth and increased cash flow for the mobile app.
