About Evgeniya Righini-Brand
I am a graphic designer, visual artist & educator with a passion for digital image-making, complex vector gradient-based designs, experimental image-manipulation, bold typography and photo editing.I love to dig deep and learn to extract the most out of the creative tools I have at my disposal (with my favourite tools being Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop) and I am keen on working across disciplines and styles. My main areas of expertise are geometric design, vibrant abstract gradient designs, experimental image-making and poster design, and abstract surface pattern design. The work I create usually features either vibrant colours, smooth gradients, clean lines and modern typography, or a lot of texture, reduced colour palettes and some graphic treatments.Having specialised in visual identity, print design and image-manipulation during the early years of my career, in 2016 my focus shifted to pursuing my passion for visual experimentation and I've spent the past 8 years producing and teaching online courses to empower and inspire other designers, illustrators and photographers to create exciting and original work and master their technical skills in using Adobe apps, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom & Adobe InDesign. Together with my partner at Attitude Creative (Dominic Righini-Brand), we've produced 43 courses and taught over 200k students worldwide (and are amongst Top Teachers on Skillshare), and I've been responsible for producing all of the design elements and video editing of all our courses.Producing courses not only enabled me to experiment visually, hone my skills and create a diverse range of self-initiated projects, but also taught me how to manage a large catalogue of assets and stay efficient and organised.I'm still passionate about online teaching, but with the current state of the Ed Tech industry, I will be also excited to pivot back to being a full-time graphic designer and creating captivating graphics and designs.

CurrentMultidisciplinary visual designer with a focus on experimenting with the latest digital tools (Adobe Creative Cloud) in the graphic design, visual art, abstract pattern design & photography fields and producing educational content and online video courses designed to empower budding graphic designers, illustrators & photographers to create captivating digital work more efficiently.Approaching each of my own online courses as a separate design project, I've been responsible for the research, curriculum development, planning and script writing, recording of all of the demo video content, as well as producing the finished product (video and sound editing, basic motion graphics, graphic slides and design examples) and producing all of the promotional materials associated with each course.Whilst working on the courses taught by my partner at Attitude Creative (Dominic Righini-Brand), I've been acting as an art director and producer, and was responsible for filming, video editing and sound editing and producing all of the graphic materials for the videos, as well as all of the graphic and video promotional material for social media marketing.In my workflow I use a broad range of software on a regular basis, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe InDesign, and on an occasional basis to perform specific tasks during the course production and post-production stages I use Adobe Audition and Adobe After Effect.As a small husband and wife creative studio, Attitude Creative had two distinctly different periods:— For the first few years after founding the studio (2008–2016) we focused on branding, web & print design;— Since 2016 we pivoted towards online teaching and producing online course and educational content across a number of disciplines which we have have gained experience in whilst working on client and personal projects, as a design department in Printhaupt GmbH, and whilst teaching at university.
