Before the transaction, users always discuss the details in communication products.- I am responsible for the uplift of transactions and revenue growth for Avito through the creation of safe, convenient methods of communication- I manage 4 product streams: CRM platform, bot automation platform, voice communication channels (GSM calls, call tracking, VoIP communication through the application) and text communication channels (own Messenger and API). 150+ FTE

Part of Yandex — #1 tech company in CIS with >100M users, annual revenue $2B, >50 000 employees globally and market cap $10B.- Responsible for making the best user experience and growing business metrics in 3 product streams: category lines (CEHAC, FMCG, Fashion, etc), business lines (Express delivery, Market for business), platform products (Search and Recommendations, Checkout, Offline user experience).- Prioritized product roadmap across business functions and implemented process improvements to streamline releases and increase product quality.- Launched the FMCG product line from scratch, defining and maintaining the concept of the project, coordination with all participants of the development, as well as with clients.- Led a team of product managers who led their own 9 cross-functional units (approx 200+ FTE): recruitment, training and development, mentoring.Achievements:- Increase MAU in 15% launching Fashion category & re-commerce platform in CEHAC.- Increased the number of Express delivery orders by 3 times with improving the unit economy by 2 times.- Expanded the business with b2b customers by enabling automated document flow.- Launched a 10-min FMCG delivery in 3 cities, reaching $100K of GMV per day.

Skyeng is one the largest online language schools in Eastern Europe with 11000+ teachers and 400 000+ lessons per month.- Was responsible for setting the product vision, creating new and developing existing products for adults (over 18 y.o.) which is the company's largest business line in terms of GMV and the number of students. - Made coordination with other departments and top managers of the company, directing at the level of the department, participation in the building of the strategy of the company.- Led several cross-functional teams of approx. 250+ FTE: product managers, developers, analysts, educational content creators, designers, etc.- Managed the team: 1-1 meetings and performance reviews with product leads, chief technical officer, chief data officer, lead designer, setting goals, support, promotions.- Analyzed EdTech market situation. Achievements:- Customers’ LTV increased by an average of 30%, and GMV x2 YoY.- Launched 2 new products: Premium English, Talks, and that led to LTV & GMV growth.- Improved the Skyeng mobile app functionality thereby transforming the tool into a fully functional educational platform supporting video calls with teachers and self-study exercises.
