Project: Future Growth Project/Wellhead Pressure Management Project• Draw up the Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Project Quality Procedures, which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO Standards• Preparation templates of quality verification documents• Conducting internal audits and audits in respect of Subcontractors• Conducting weekly meetings with the Customer on quality issues.• Preparation of weekly and quarterly reports on quality indicators• Monitoring compliance with key production indicators (KPI)• Assessment of compliance of suppliers and subcontractors with project requirements• Verification of subcontractor quality control plans• Updating the internal database of the quality control department (CAR Corrective Action Request, NC Nonconformity Report, etc.), preparation an annual statistical analysis• Monitoring closure of non-conformities reports• Verification the correct use of materials and welding materials, checking FIT-UP for welding, and verification preheating according to specifications/procedures, monitoring the process and parameters during welding, visual inspection of completed welds, monitoring of fabrication and installation of foundations• Coordination of the preparation of as-built (final) documentation according to the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, control of preparation as-built documentation of subcontractors.• Coordination of compilation Fabrication record book in accordance with the requirements of the customer's specifications

Client CPC-R CJSC- preparation of permitting, as-built and technical documentation;- control of compliance of contraction and installation work scopes approved as per design and estimate documentation with the engineering drawings;- participation in agreement and approval of project modifications occurring in the course of construction;- examination and elimination of the reasons led to disruption of construction deadlines and deterioriation of constructiona and installation work quality;- technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and projects followed with preparation of required technical documentation (including pipelines, oil lines delivery to the operating company).
