As Siebel CRM Test Manager I am responcible for planning, coordinating, performing QA including Test automation and Performance testing for the Siebel platform, which more than 20 teams contribute into. Coordinated creation from scratch the Platform Performance profile and setting up regular performance testing.Decreased test environemnt downtime from hours to tens of minutes by deploying Changes testing procedure.Adopted QA in several contribution teams.As Bank QA Tools IT Leader I was responcible for tools supporting, syncing with each other and enchancing/developing. Deployed new QA tool (Zephyr Scale) in the Bank. Created automation tool for all tools syncing (Java, REST, SQL). Manage QA Tools team, improve customer experience of our tools. Being QA Methodology lead, drive bank-wide project of QA process deployment and improvements. Plan, estimate required resources, prepare requirements, track execution, manage stakeholders and coordinate work of internal teams and external vendors. Re-worked and automated collection of Bank SW Quality metrics. Founder and coordinator of “Rosbank QA Guild” – community for professional communication, knowledge sharing and career growth.
