Head of Plant's Controlling Team- Management of the Annual Plan for all factory indicators and costs. Quality and deadlines met. Costs reduced at yearly basis due to close work and analysis with budget-holders (consumables, energies, investments, etc.). Monthly presentation of the Scorecard and Industrial costs analysis to HQ. New controllers’ reporting system created and maintained after Oracle go-live.
