Professional emergency rescue team.Main responsibilities: watch commander.Shift work method 28/28, Sakhalin-3 Project, ensuring fire safety, gas rescue operations, emergency response at the facility of the Kirinsky gas condensate field of LLC “Gazprom dobycha shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk”.My responsibilities also include:• participation and implementation of fire extinguishing and rescue operations; participation in planned trainings and command post exercises with the use of special equipment with practicing actions in emergency response, practical interaction with other specialists;• reception and transfer of duty; exchange of operational information; drawing up acts of acceptance and delivery of fixed equipment and other material assets upon taking up duty and at the end of it; monitoring discipline of subordinate employees on duty, conducting classes with these employees; control over the rules of wearing the established form of clothing by a shift on duty;• control over the procedure for maintaining personal respiratory protective equipment in a fire truck and an emergency rescue vehicle assigned to a guard on duty; compliance with labor protection rules, sanitary and hygienic standards and monitoring their implementation by the personnel by the guard on duty; monitoring the status of fire-fighting water supply devices, communication systems, ensuring the possibility of passage of fire and rescue equipment in the territory of the guarded facility;• high-quality and timely maintenance of working documentation in accordance with the nomenclature of cases: plans / reports of training sessions, trainings, documentation on the technical condition of the equipment with each use, routine or unscheduled maintenance, repair, documentation for recording the movement of inventory items, etc.;• implementation of emergency rescue operations in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation and instructions for duty shift about emergency response.
