Served as an independent advisor, pioneering the creation of a unique NFT collection from scratch for the assigned project. Harnessing my industry expertise, I provided valuable external guidance, enriching the project's trajectory.

Managed and promoted the NFT platform for launching blockchain-native art. Supervised a cross-functional team of generative artists and creative coders, bridging creativity and innovation to fortify the platform's standing in the evolving NFT marketplace.

Together with a team of like-minded people launched 5+ experimental NFT projects. As a co-founder, my responsibilities were multifaceted, encompassing strategic management of projects, spearheading the conception of product and marketing strategies, team building and recruitment, as well as comprehensive oversight of operational processes and budgeting. In addition, I oversaw the Creative department, ensuring top-quality production of all visual materials, including websites, landing pages, marketing creatives and motion design. Beyond project management, I'm proud to have helped 10+ people to move from Web2 to Web3. Furthermore, I have been active in public outreach, conducting over ten public talks and AMAs, spreading knowledge and stirring interest in the realm of NFTs.

For four years, I've been leading the operations in one of the biggest HTML5 games developers and distributors in Eastern Europe. As a Chief Operating Officer, I've been responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting the complete suite of internal and external products.

Led pioneering NFC (Near Field Communication) projects in Russia, uniting mobile operators, banks, and the transport authority. Gained hands-on experience in planning, execution, and timely completion of projects, while ensuring budget adherence, resulting in advancements in regional financial technology.

Started my professional career in banking sector, developing as a project manager in the Bank's internal coordination team. Managed the regional customer loyalty program.
