Developer, as part of his career, can make his competencies in two directions - either he becomes a slightly twitching geek techie, or he is looking for a way to become “closer to business”. For my career, I chose the second scenario. I am not a coder - I am developer. After all, a code is only a mean of expressing thoughts that arose during the development phase (Confucius, 450 BC). But seriously - for me, first of all, it is important to create a convenient and cool product that can be useful for someone.My background is event-based scalable applications, especially SPA + websockets. Experienced in Golang and Python (async), also familiar with C/C++/Java (but without commercial experience).Some technologies/tools/etc I have worked with:- Data engineering & basic Data Science (ETL processing, data scrapping, OpenData integrations, also invented some useful fuzzy search algorithms);- microservices;- WebRTC (incl. javascript API and backend signalling, RFC STUN/TURN etc.);- Fullstack development (js/jquery + pure CSS/HTML as a frontend);- Hadoop MapReduce (basic level, used for recommendation system in my university thesis);- Databases: MySQL, Postgres, noSQL: Cassandra, ScyllaDB, Redis;- Tools: Sentry, ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Gitlab CI/CD, nginx, Docker;- Other: Linux, Cordova (PhoneGap), UX design, Figma, Google Cloud Messaging (Push), Firebase, Twilio, e-mailing with SMTP, Telegram Bot API. I have experience in both startups (co-founded my own as CTO) and large companies. Now I’m managing development team (4 employees) at SberMarket and my current role is “playing trainer”. Work with burning eyes and the idea that nothing is impossible.
