My role was a combination of different roles.As Business Development Representative I searched for any possible ways to attract new customers: did “cold” calls and further meetings with presentations of our product. During 4 month preparation for the launch of B2C service our team of 4-5 people signed contracts with almost 60 customers. They were mainly online stores. As Data Analyst I created different reports, views and dashboards for different stakeholders to understand product usage, track key finance and health metrics and predict future outcomes. Mainly I used SQL queries, Excel, Google Data Studio for this purpose.As Business Analyst I communicated with existing customers to identify customer needs, analyzed requirements, got a sense of how to implement new features, wrote functional and technical specifications for software developers and created prototypes of user interface. As QA Engineer I wrote test cases, did manual testing before product releases, reported bugs and suggested ways how to fix them. As Release Manager I planned a release lifecycle, managed relationships and coordinated work between different teams, maintained release notes and updated all help documentation for customers.
