CurrentTGP Capital Partners (the “Funds”) is a series of private equity investment funds formed to make control and minority investments in well-managed, profitable, and growing middle-market companies. We are a partner to proven managers and management teams with the objective of creating a scenario whereby management can optimize its potential and, as a result, maximize returns for all stakeholders.The Funds' managing entity is TGP Investments, a Kansas City-based merchant banking firm led by a strong investment team with extensive experience in middle-market private equity investing. Investment Profile:The Funds invest primarily in U.S.-based, middle-market companies with revenues generally ranging from $15 million to $150 million, with a distinct focus on general manufacturing and business services companies located primarily in the Greater Midwest. Acquisition candidates include public and private companies, subsidiaries and divisions of public companies, companies anticipating generational change of ownership, private company owners seeking liquidity, and companies requiring capital for internal growth or acquisitions. Depending on the opportunity, the Fund is open to either majority or minority equity ownership structures. We generally target a five to eight year investment horizon, during which time value should be realized for investors through profitable growth of the underlying business.Currently serves as a Director on the boards of APSCO, LLC (www.apscopower.com), DSI Dynamatic Holdings, LLC (www.dynamatic.com), and MAPP Technologies, LLC (www.mapptechnologies.com).
