Currently serving as a Project Leader at Banco Popular Dominicano, I am at the forefront of modernizing core banking systems.Before this role, I spent more than 7 years at the Ministry of Education (MINERD), where I was involved in several key projects, including teacher performance evaluation systems and career development programs.
