Senior Hr Administrator
Current- Responsible for entering information and maintains up to date internal central employee tool (SAP-Success Factor).
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees about absence and health issues, organizational change, and all other employee-related matters.
- Support payroll activities, gathers and analyzes payroll data from start to end.
- Act as the point of contact for all HR-related matters and employment law issues.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process.
- Follow up on training needs/ requests and find/suggest training providers.
