Customer Service
Current- Customer reception and customer information regarding bank's available services- Preparing, designing and carrying out all necessary actions before providing and selling a product aiming to the best customer experience- Focused in achieving all goals being assigned- Customer service and possible new customers approach aiming to the sell of products and available services, adjusted to their needs (e.g. loans, debit/credit cards, saving/investment/health plans, bank accounts opening)- Providing customer advice and problem solving- Involved in bank vaults management - Responsible for the incoming and outgoing balancing/clearing
