Having worked in every aspect of criminal investigation, I got invited as guest speaker for a private training firm and it got me hooked onto the idea of translating my years of experience into courses for other investigators in the industry. I began the process of evaluation and redesign of investigative skills program to ensure relevance with modern investigation skills and compliance enforcement. The training programs, alongside COMtrac's investigation and evidence management software application received incredible interest with agencies reporting the efficiency and quality of investigations increasing to levels never seen before.
