I am Evi Dimitriadou, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, an Advanced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) registered in Yoga Alliance, a Physiotherapy graduate from Manchester University and I am currently attending my master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London. In addition to running a Yoga Therapy Clinic I am the Program Director of Yoga Therapy Greece where we educate about Yoga Therapy.In Yoga Therapy Greece we give personal and in groups Yoga Therapy sessions to people who want to become be supported in their healing or transform to the best versions of themselves based on their goals, conditions, needs and capabilities. With an extensive experience of more than 2000 private yoga therapy sessions in Athens and in London to people facing various health challenges, we give leading Yoga Therapy Training to Yoga Instructors who want to become excellent Yoga Therapists as well as workshops to Health Professionals. I graduated Clinical Applications of Yoga Therapy at American Viniyoga Institute of Gary Kraftsow, accredited studies by the International Association of Yoga Therapists and I concluded a 1st Honor's degree in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University. I completed 300 hrs Yoga Therapy Studies through Aura Wellness in USA, another 550 hrs Yoga Therapy Studies at Yoga Campus in London obtaining a Yoga Therapy qualification accredited by the British Council of Yoga Therapists, 250 hrs Teacher Training at Yoga House and 300 hrs Advanced Teacher Training at Ghyta School. I have attended numerous Yoga Therapy Workshops on Yoga Nidra and Women Health Studies with Uma DInsmore-Tuli, on muscular imbalances and Scoliosis with Doug Keller and Ellise Browing Miller, on Medical Conditions with Timothy McCall and Marc Beuvain as well as Yoga Retreats with Angela Farmer, and other senior Iyengar yoga teachers like Gianetakis Constantinos. I attended in many international conferences such as SYTAR, Wellness after COVID-19, The Wisdom of Trauma, The Global Conference of Yoga Therapy etc.
